Mr. Pradeep Kumar P. B. is the Chairman and brings over four decades of expertise in corporate governance and institutional development. A graduate in Mathematics from Kerala University, he also holds professional qualifications in Shipping Agency and Logistics Management from Kent University, United Kingdom.

He spent 40 years with the GAC Group, one of the world’s largest shipping and logistics networks, including 32 years as General Manager across international offices in the UAE and Africa.

Beyond his corporate career, he has made significant contributions to education and social service. As Trustee and Director of Gurudeva Charitable Trust and Sree Narayana Medical College, Ernakulam, he held key leadership roles for over a decade, guiding the institution’s growth into a premier medical college in Kerala.
